Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) is the child of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). She is Italian (from a paternal grandson), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda was born in the San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest out of her four brothers. When she was in her tenth grade, she began to be attracted to acting after performing in a play at school. Her school productions included plays and local community theatre. Linda was a graduate of Saint Francis High School Mountain View, California. Following graduation, she was required decide between New York, where she could study theater as a career, or Los Angeles, where film and television would be pursued. The choice was LA. Linda played her first major character on Bone Chillers, a 1996 TV show. The role she landed her first big break as a character in Freaks and Geeks (1998). In the acclaimed series she played the role of decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won an Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actress. She was trained in acting in the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and began her career on the British television show Just William (2010). After her character in the role of Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her breakthrough was the title role in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James was then cast as Countess Natasha Rostova as part of the adaptation of War & Peace (2016). Also, she appeared in several films, including Baby Driver (2017) and The Dig -2021. We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her portrayal of Pamela Anderson in the biographical series Pam & Tommy (2022) earned her nominations for a Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy Award.
