Antonia Lofaso

The cuisine of Chef Antonia invites customers to dive into the recesses. The food she serves inspires curiosity. This was the result when she left into the Long Island suburbs and entered the diverse and rich culture of Los Angeles. Carnitas and Cavatellis with each other on a menu is her belief. The only thing that remains in all of her dishes is a unique vision for the future and a longing to remember the past. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso launched in 2013, was well-received because it was inspired by her Italian heritage. Lofaso's take on old-fashioned Italian is widely praised as one of the best places to enjoy Italian cuisine that you can find in Los Angeles. The food at Lofaso is always authentic warm, welcoming and satisfying. Lofaso was an apprentice to chefs, learning their practices and taking chances. She was not afraid to try to learn to trust her intuition. She quickly rose up through the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was able to transform various high-profile kitchens within Los Angeles while working closely with celebrities of all kinds. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in the year 2011. Through Black Market and the business collaborations she formed, she found the perfect place to call home. Lofaso could find the space in her work to pursue the creativity she wanted through the collaboration. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and this is exactly what we want. It could start with dill potatoes chips with shishito chillies, then continue with Korean Meatballs and wings. Antonia serves as the center in this lavish array. Throughout her career Lofaso has measured her success on the basis of her natural ability to comprehend her audience, while remaining true to her personality. Her unforgettable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars celebrated her uniqueness outside of the kitchen. She also has a talent that keep shining in front of cameras as an expert judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and in regular roles on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso joined forces with Penguin in 2012 to publish The Busy Mum's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Delicious homemade Meals. This publication also tells her story about the challenges she encountered while going to an institution called the French Culinary Institute and raising Xea. Lofaso says that her passion to cook is the main for her accomplishments. She stays in the know by keeping a close to the latest trends and fashions. She is revolutionizing her industry's style by redefining chef's attire with a focus on style and function, through her brand Chefletics. What is important to Lofaso is remaining true to your concept. With this goal, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering, which provides a more personalized approach to providing clients with the most personal service.
